I was thrilled to learn I received one of the six Pushcart Prize nominations from So It Goes: The Literary Journal of the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library for my poem “O City of Effortful Joys.” Thank you to Meredith Cummings, the entire team at KVML, and all of the wonderful artists who contributed to this special issue, which may be purchased here.

The other So It Goes nominees for the Pushcart are:

Warren Bronson – “Greta Turnvoldt’s Memorial Dog Park”
Nancy Cook –
“Worker’s Caucus”
Jeff Fleischer –
“Grandmama Sadie’s Power Play”
Josh Lefkowitz –
“A Decepticon That Will Save Us”
Ami J. Sanghvi – “American Pulp Fiction”

Congratulations all around!
